WHERE ARE YOU? WHERE DO I PICK UP THE VEHICLE?

1st Location. Reservation confirmed all documents supplied we offer contactless pick up at the airport.

2nd Location. 100 meters from the airport you will find Normanton Vehicle Hire and Normanton Airport Accommodation. this is where you come if reservation is not confirmed.

3rd Location. With prior arrangement we can organize the vehicle to be delivered or to be waiting anywhere you need. this includes local, Karamba or further afield like Burketown, Cairns, Townsville etc. Fees apply

JUST NEED TO GO INTO TOWN

If available, we can offer a vehicle at a reduced rate just to run into town (Normanton Only). However, these vehicles may not be clean if they have just been returned

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Normanton Vehicle Hire has 2 methods of payment.

Credit Card. Master Card or Visa. (Amex accepted but a 2.3% surcharge applies for external processing
Accounts for existing customer. (Credit Card still required for booking)

COLLISION AND ACCIDENT EXCESS

Insurance Damage Cover

Aged Under 25 MAXIMUM EXCESS $4700.00

Aged 25 and over MAXIMUM EXCESS $3700.00

Optional Night Driving $50.00 per day. $100.00 maximum

Optional Windscreen/Glass Insurance

Reduced Excess $300.00. $30.00 Per Day - $90.00 Maximum

Vehicles are to be returned in a reasonable clean & tidy condition. Failure to do so can result into a cleaning bill up to $1500.00
